Current Turn Around Time:
Most orders when placed will take about 2 -21/2 weeks to make and then shipping usually takes 2-5 days depending on your shipping preference.
Rush Orders:
Due to the overwhelming amount of orders right now, any orders that are needed before the 2 week turn around time will be charged a "Rush" fee ranging from $5.00 - $10.00 if I have to create/make the item. *For those items that I have in stock, you will not be charged a rush fee but will be responsible for additional shipping charges that might occur.*

I accept Cash, Check and Pay Pal.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges:
Do the nature of most of the items being made no refunds/returns can be made. However, I am 100% sure that you will like your item that if you are not completely satisfied with it for some reason please contact me and I will work with you to ensure we resolve the matter promptly.

Shipping:
Shipping/Handling fee is charged for all purchases that are not arranged to be picked up. Most often I use regular mail without a confirmation due to this being the cheapest option for customers. If you would like a tracking number/delivery confirmation or to upgrade your shipping to priority or guaranteed please let me know at the time of purchase. Additonally costs will apply.
